We provide services to users to create their own auctions for auctioning items such as bicycles, motorcycles, atvs and their related accessories and gears.

Anyone under the age of 15 should have permission from parents or legal guardian to use our account.

We are constantly developing and improving on technology and services that we provide and we do not allow anyone to harm, abuse, interfere and disrupt our services and systems. We also do not allow anyone to hack our systems and reverse engineer our services.

Accessing and using our services in a fraudlent manner, phishing, spamming, creating fake accounts, creating fake auctions and fake bidding is not allowed. Users are expected to make an informed decision themselves by considering information that is available to them in the auction as well as geographical and personal information that is available. Our services are limited to the point of connecting the highest bidder to the auctioneer(seller). Users will have to decide themselves the mode of physical transaction. If users are for instance in the same city they can make an agreement to collect the item themselves on cash payment. For transactions where users choose online mode we recommend them to use services such as Escrow(www.escrow.com) for eliminating fraud. For detailed instructions please read Instructions

We are not liable for any fraud, fraudlent misrepresentation, phishing, spamming, loss and damages of any form that might occur.

Charges will be based on the pricing specified on the pricing page and we reserve the right to change prices.

We reserve the right to revise this policy. If there are any changes they will apply to all data prior to revision as well.
