Users will be required to create an account if they want to avail services for creating an auction, creating user groups, viewing contact details of people who are auctioning and bidding for an auction.

We collect personal information at the time of signing up for identifying a user. This information is used for maintaining an account which will allow user to access our services. The information provided at this point will be used by us for contacting the user for account management, surveys and providing customer support. This data might also be used by us for marketing and advertisment. The email address that the user will provide at this point will be linked to any user group that the individual creates or joins and the group administrator's email will be available in public domain along with user group details.

Users will also be seperately required to provide contact information when creating an auction. That information will be publicly available to users who have signed up. The contact information at that point will comprise country(compulsory), province/state(compulsory), city(compulsory), email(compulsory), phone number(optional) and address(optional [For a user if he/she is interested in viewing the item in person that is being auctioned]). Please note that we will not be liable for any misuse, harm or damages of any form associated with (mentioned above)information being available in public domain.

On visiting our main webpage user will be provided with the option to manage cookies. Essential cookies that are necessary for website functioning will always be on and cannot be set by user.
